This engagement includes:
Understanding your current reality through your reflections, assessments, and feedback
Identifying specific goals and objectives; developing a plan of action to achieve them
Working as your thinking partner in pursuit of those goals through active inquiry and accountability
A minimum six months commitment required; Sessions facilitated virtually

Team Coaching

4-9 people
This engagement includes:
Understanding the team dynamics and perceived effectiveness through individual and team reflections, assessments, and feedback
Identify team coaching goals to help the executive team work more effectively together, improve their collective performance, and achieve their strategic goals and objectives
Individual sessions may focus on select priorities, such as team dynamics, effective communication, decision making, strategic planning, and conflict resolution
A minimum six month commitment and one meeting per month required; Sessions facilitated in person, virtually, or hybrid
