Who am I looking to work with?

Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and executive teams that recognize their positional privilege to create meaningful impact for their organizations and communities. Leaders who are open, eager and welcome diverse perspectives of looking at problems and opportunities in a comprehensive way. Leaders who care about all stakeholders and not just shareholders.

Integrity

You can expect a tangible commitment to integrity in all our dealings. My values guide my decision-making, ensuring the utmost professionalism and accountability in our work together.

Land Acknowledgement

I was born in the holy land of Amritsar, Punjab, located in India. Today, I feel privileged to live, work, and enjoy the ancestral and traditional lands of the following Indigenous groups, including Wendat (Huron), Haudenosaunee, and Anishinaabeg (including the Mississaugas of the Credit). I recognize the painful history of Indigenous peoples who lived in Brampton for thousands of years before their populations were decimated during the Iroquois Wars.

The lands were ceded in the Ajetance Purchase, Treaty 19 in 1818. About 0.5% of Brampton’s current population comprises Indigenous peoples.

In the spirit of reconciliation, I commit to honouring the past, recognizing the treaty agreements, seeking Indigenous counsel, and learning from Indigenous Peoples’ culture, values, and stories.
