For the people running Canadian healthcare
We coach the people running paramedicine, public health, hospitals, long-term care, hospice, home and community care, seniors' and independent living. The work is confidential, field-tested, and built for the actual conditions, staffing shortages, regulatory load, chronic overwhelm, union dynamics, and cross-continuum complexity.

Who's reading this
Roughly a third of conversations start with someone sourcing on behalf of a leader, a team, or a peer. All of these doorways are welcome.
You're the leader
Chief, Health Commissioner, CNO, MOH, Medical Director, VP or Administrator, looking for a confidential thinking partner.
You're the team leader
You own a clinical, operational or administrative leadership team and want it to perform as one.
You're on the team
You see what isn't being said in your exec team and want a serious, healthcare-literate intervention.
You're a CEO or board sponsor
You're investing in a leader, a team, or a capability lift across the system, and want measurable proof.
You're HR / People & Culture / OD
You're scoping coaching or leadership development for someone else and need a partner fluent in healthcare.
You're a peer
You see someone carrying too much. Point them somewhere serious, discreet, and field-tested.
The Method
Real change in healthcare runs on both engines: what a leader, team, or service is trying to leave behind, and what they're moving toward for patients, staff, and the system. The two-minute fit finder asks both, then points you to the depth of work that fits.

Sandeep is an extraordinary coach and leadership advisor. She has created powerful, elegant tools and frameworks to help leaders and their teams make breakthroughs in their performance. She is in the top 1% of the top 1% of coaches in terms of her ability to help clients focus on what matters most, gain new awareness and insights, and choose the best path forward.
Even after 6 months of completing our engagement with Sandeep, the team is still benefiting from the outcomes of our work with her. She has made a phenomenal difference in how our leadership team works, and I constantly see leaders referencing learnings from our work with Sandeep. The investment of money, time, and energy has been truly worth it.
Sandeep has facilitated over 20 workshops for our hospital over the last ten years. She remains our highest-rated and most requested facilitator. It is a pleasure to work with her and recommend her.
Sandeep facilitated a two-part retreat for our senior leadership team to deepen our understanding of our individual and collective strengths, build a more cohesive team, strengthen interpersonal connections, and prepare us for a major transformation ahead. She has an uncanny ability to make everyone feel seen, heard, and valued.
Sandeep is a dynamic speaker. She was a keynote speaker at our annual leadership day, which marked the launch of our strategic plan, and our leaders from across Senior Services appreciated and enjoyed her talk. I especially appreciated her connecting the learnings from our strategic plan to something more human that in one way or another we all could appreciate at a personal level.
When I first became a Director, the organization kindly offered me a leadership coach, and I went through their 12-week program. But what Sandeep offered in our very first session was way greater and deeper than the entire time spent in previous coaching programs.

Who you'd actually be working with
Sandeep Aujla, MA, PCC · ICF Professional Certified Coach · Former Director, Corporate Learning, Leadership & Change, St. Joseph's Health Centre Toronto · Former Director, HR & CHRO, a large Canadian municipality and a pan-Canadian charity
I'm Sandeep Aujla, Managing Director and Lead Coach at Multilevel Leadership Consulting. I started this practice because the healthcare leaders I most admired were quietly running out of road, carrying acuity, audits, and the weight their teams shoulder, with nowhere safe to put any of it down.
I've sat in the chair. I led corporate learning, leadership and change inside a major Toronto hospital, then served as Director of HR / Chief Human Resource Officer for a large Canadian municipality and a pan-Canadian charity. In the municipality, that meant labour relations, workforce strategy and large-scale change across a unionized public-service workforce. I coach from the inside of these conditions, not from a textbook about them.
Most engagements start and stay with me, confidential, unhurried, and built around the actual conditions you're leading in. When a piece of work calls for a second coach, a clinical specialist, or a facilitator with a specific sector lens, I bring in trusted associates I've worked alongside for years. You'll always know who's in the room and why.
